We want the warmth of our team to make our customers feel at ease. Ensuring our customers are provided with a speedy, professional and efficient service.
Since the year 2000 the number of vehicles produced worldwide has dramatically increased. China, Japan, Germany and the United States were the highest contributors to this production. Whilst the production of vehicles increases so does the demand for high quality and luxury interiors, however the most common interest amongst all vehicle manufacturers is the required level of fire safety for interior textile materials, upholstery and components used in vehicles. The Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 302 for flammability of interior Materials is one of the most common automotive material fire tests used worldwide. Known in the United States as 49 CFR 571.302, The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) J369 and the International Organisation (ISO) 3795 are technically equivalent methods of test to the FMVSS 302.
Listed below are examples of the type of tests we undertake for manufacturers of vehicle interior upholstery and furnishings
